Security and Privacy
Orders placed on our website are secured on our network and encrypted for your protection.
All personal information provided to us is held in the strictest confidence. We do not share, sell, trade, or rent customer information. All personal information collected is used for the sole purpose of processing orders and/or to provide information on our future product offerings.
Content Substitution
We reserve the right to replace any item contained in our gift arrangements with an item of equal or greater value.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express as processed by Paypal.
Returns
Returns are handled on a case by case basis and at the sole discretion of Fanciful Charm. There are no returns accepted on fruit baskets, candy bouquets, floral arrangements, and gourmet cookies. If there is a problem with an order we are more than happy to work with our customers and come to a mutually accepted solution.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellations are only accepted prior to shipping.
Shipping
All orders are shipped Monday thru Friday within 24 hours of receipt. We do not ship on Saturday and Sunday. Shipping may vary during busy holiday seasons. Our preferred shipping vendors are USPS, Fedex, and UPS. All shipping methods and prices available for each product are listed during the checkout process.
Shipping to Hospitals
Due to the uncertainty of patient release dates and internal hospital delivery procedures, shipping to hospitals is not recommended. Please consider shipping your gift to the patient’s home unless they are in a long term care facility. If your gift is returned by the hospital, additional shipping charges will apply for shipment to a different address. Fanciful Charm is not responsible if your gift is delivered to the hospital but is not received by the patient.
Items Damaged During Shipping
If your gift is damaged during shipping, refunds are processed and determined by the carrier. Please keep all the packing materials that the gift came with and contact the carrier. Please also notify us so that we may assist if necessary.
Adverse Effects Disclaimer
We are not responsible for allergic reactions that may occur after use of the food products and bath products contained in our gift arrangements.
